Website Terms of Use.

The general rules for visiting and using the public Moon Tigress website.

Acceptable and prohibited use

You may browse the website and use its features for lawful, personal purposes. Please use the site respectfully and do not interfere with other visitors’ use.

You must not use the website to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, probe or disrupt systems, evade security measures, send spam, or submit content that is unlawful, threatening, deceptive or abusive. Do not misuse forms or attempt to impair the site or its services.

Intellectual property and permitted personal use

Unless a page says otherwise, the music, lyrics, artwork, text and original website content are owned by or used with permission by their respective rights holders. Copyright and other rights remain with those holders.

You may access and view public content for personal, non-commercial use. This does not grant permission to reproduce, adapt, distribute, publicly perform, publish, sell or use material commercially. Any permitted use remains subject to applicable law and the rights of third parties. See Copyright & Intellectual Property for more information.

Website availability and reasonable limitations of liability

We aim to keep the website available and information useful, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, technical issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Features and content may change or be removed.

To the extent permitted by applicable South African law, Moon Tigress is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any applicable rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

Handling of misuse, abuse and security incidents

We may take reasonable steps to protect the website and its visitors, investigate suspected misuse, restrict or suspend access to affected features, preserve relevant records, and report suspected unlawful conduct to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law. We will consider the circumstances and applicable legal obligations when responding to an incident.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. If a concern arises, please first try to resolve it by contacting Moon Tigress through the website. This does not prevent either party from using any court, regulator, ombud or other dispute-resolution process available under applicable law, and does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights or statutory remedies.
